Lobbying
BEGA administers and enforces the District of Columbia’s lobbying registration and reporting program. All persons who receive compensation or expend funds in the amount of $250 or more in a three-month calendar period for lobbying must register with BEGA and file quarterly activity reports. The failure to timely register or file quarterly activity reports will result in the imposition civil penalties. For questions on lobbying filing requirements, send a message to [email protected].
