BEGA Special Public Meeting- January 18
The District of Columbia Board of Ethics and Government Accountability (BEGA) will hold a special public meeting for the purpose of further considering next steps in an existing preliminary investigation of Councilmember Jim Graham with regard to his conduct while serving a dual role as a sitting councilmember and as a member of the Board of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, and to discuss changes to the “Local Hatch Act” legislation and BEGA enforcement.
