The District of Columbia Board of Ethics and Government Accountability will hold a meeting on May 11, 2018, at 4:20 p.m., in Room 1116 of the One Judiciary Square Building, 441 4th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. The Board intends to enter into a closed session for the following reasons.
Executive session (closed to the public) to consult with an attorney to obtain legal advice and to preserve the attorney-client privilege between an attorney and a public body (pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 2-575(b)(4)(a)) and to deliberate upon a decision in an adjudication action or proceeding by a public body exercising quasi-judicial functions (pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 2-575(b)(13)).
